For week 9/19-9/25/10

Unfortunately somewhere along the line I lost two days of pictures – and my photos for this week were not up to much quality at all. So due to my double disappointment, my selections are few this week.

Not my best Moon shot
I couldn’t get my settings right, so this isn’t my best, moon shot…
But the Full Moon begged to be photographed

      @Donna,

      Thanks!! I almost missed it – but it was one of those days when I realized I hadn’t taken any pictures…and there was the moon!!

    I have a request, my friend. Bigger images. Fill the content area. Your pics are too good not to!

      @Secret Agent Mama // Mishi,

      Ask and you shall receive 😉 I bumped up the sizes on the page. Thanks so much, Mishi. Having you say that means a lot to me 😀

      @Colleen – Mommy Always Wins,

      Thanks, Colleen!! I love getting clear pictures of the moon – once I learned how…wish I’d known way back when we had the eclipse! *lol*

      @Danifred,

      I appreciate the sentiment. I guess I shouldn’t complain about it so much *lol* Everyone else likes it, it’s just me 😉

    I love these. I love them all. The dark and moody ones make me feel autumn-ish, and it’s perfect.

      @Maggie,

      Thank you so much, Maggie. The dark/moody ones just demanded to be presented that way. The run-down buildings seem to call for it. Glad you could stop by!

    I love the feel of your photos! They have so much mood in them!

    However, I have to say I adore the moon shot! (For some reason, I could stare at moon pictures all day and never get tired of them!)

      @Jac,

      Thank you, Jac!! I was disappointed with the amount of pictures that came out well this week – but I should be happy with the ones I did get. And I am. I’m glad you like them too 🙂

    I like your moon shot! And it was begging to be photographed! I couldn’t resist it either! 🙂

    I love old forgotten buildings like that, too.

      @Bridget,

      Sometimes the moon really does demand it, doesn’t it? It’s just not up to us at that point *lol*

      I was just driving down some back roads and and found those buildings. More things to beg to be photographed 😀

    I love the shot of the old barn. Very cool. There are places like that around near my house, but I’ve never been able to photograph any of them yet.

      @Rachael,

      I very rarely get a chance to get a shot like this. I was driving around on my ‘day off’ and was lucky enough to have no traffic nearby so I slowed down long enough to snap the picture from my car 🙂 I want to do this more often – time doesn’t always allow for it.

    Wow! Great photo’s. I think that I like the old building the best. Kinda makes you wonder what it’s history is.
