Weekly Winners – The Next Week I Won’t Cram Edition

After missing last week, and cramming everything in last minute this week, I’m looking forward to actually having some time this coming week to get SHS done more efficiently.  In the meantime, here’s my submissions for this week. I almost caved and did this all archive photos since I had so many relevant photos to the prompts, but I decided to settle for as many new pictures as possible and adding some smaller versions of archived photos when I knew I just HAD to. (it happened a few times…) Unfortunately no time for my usual quotes accompanying the pictures this week 🙁 I’ll return to that next week.

A Simple Thing:
We’re dog sitting my parents dog this week. Her big expressive brown eyes are my simple thing this week.

    I love that first orange shot. Great color, lines and textures! What is it a picture of?

      Thanks. It’s actually of my lamp shade. I re-made that lamp shade a year ago. Still love it today 🙂

      Thank you so much. I actually had a ton of water photos in my archives…I thought I should narrow it down a little when I realized I was getting a ton of pictures up there. Even when I have to cram in photos I always have fun finding ways to make the prompts work.

      Thanks! I absolutely love playing with water shots. So much fun. Writing is my other love so getting pictures of that are fun.
